For Hotels Halaris SA is an absolute priority the protection of public health but mainly of visitors and employees in the accommodation of our company. We have always worked hard and we will continue to do so, in order to be able to provide you with a clean and safe living environment for your vacation.

NEW HYGIENE AND SAFETY MEASURES

According to the instructions of N.P.H.O. we take new precautionary measures to better shield ourselves against the new coronavirus.

HOTEL

We reduce congestion in the reception area and public areas, urging guests to let us know the exact time of arrival so that the room is ready to accommodate them.

Disinfectant liquids are available in all areas encouraging their use before entering the hotel as well as disinfectant wipes in the rooms. Staff and guests must be thermometed remotely with a contactless thermometer in the reception area.

Guests apart from the hotel’s clients are not allowed to visit the hotel.

CLEANING AND FLOORING

For the safety of all of us, all rooms and areas of the hotel are thoroughly cleaned up and disinfected. The rooms are ventilated and remain empty for at least 24 hours before accommodating the next guest. The rooms will also be inspected daily and garbage will be collected, while towels and sheets will be changed every 3 days, which can be changed upon request. There are washers-dryers-ironers inside the hotel in order to avoid contacts outside the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Understanding the uncertainty and difficulty of long-term planning, we adjusted the booking policy by offering more flexibility .More specifically, we offer free cancellation and refund of deposit for reservations up to 15 days before arrival as well as the possibility of changing dates. In any case, we encourage you to change your reservation for a future date, believing that the current crisis will pass.

BREAKFAST

We suspend the buffet breakfast and the operation of the Roof Garden in the afternoon.

Breakfast will be served individually for an extra charge after choosing from 4 different menus, in the breakfast room or on the terrace during the summer months.

Reservations are required in advance due to overcrowding.
